• Goat Milk: Goat milk is rich in fatty acids and triglycerides, which can help maintain the skin's moisture levels. It is also rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and D, as well as minerals like selenium and zinc. These nutrients play a crucial role in promoting overall skin health.
